Yes, completely. Every planning tool, the wedding website builder, guest management, and all features are free for couples. Novia is funded by a small commission from vendors when they receive bookings through the platform.
What does "vetted vendors" mean?
Every vendor on Novia is reviewed by our editorial team before being listed. We verify their business registration, review their portfolio, and check references. Only quality professionals make it onto the platform.
How does the pricing work?
Every venue and vendor listing shows real prices upfront. No "price on request" listings are allowed. Venues show their hire rate, and vendors show their starting rates and package pricing so you can plan with confidence.
What if something goes wrong with a vendor?
Novia offers escrow payment protection. Payments are held securely until you confirm delivery at each milestone. If a vendor doesn't deliver, our dispute resolution team mediates and can issue full refunds.
Can I plan my wedding with my partner?
Absolutely. Share your shortlist, collaborate on your checklist, and manage your planning hub together. Both partners can access the same dashboard with their own login.
